For this reason, we have set forth a return and refund policy, which we urge you to examine with care before any purchase is finalized. Due to the limited-edition and collectible nature of our products, we have established a policy to ensure fairness among all customers.

Return Conditions

Duration: You can request a return for your order within seven days after its arrival.

Condition: All items must remain sealed and packed in the original box, including any blind boxes, inserts, and protective wrapping. They also must remain sealed, unopened and unused.

Items that cannot be accepted for refund: Returns for the following items will not be accepted:

Blind boxes that have been opened where figures have been removed from the box

Promotional items and specially priced merchandise

Items that were broken due to customer abuse

Steps to follow to Initiate a Return Request

Forward to info@hironofigures.com your return request and order number along with the order details.

We require clear photographs of the item and the box as the condition of the box needs to be verified.

Once a return request is approved, an address for return will be provided along with directions.

📦 In the event the item was wrong or damaged because of our error, the customer will have to pay for return shipping in all other cases.

Items that have a defect or have been damaged

If you were sent the wrong item or your item arrived damaged, you should contact us within 3 days of the order delivery:

Do include the photographs showing the damage or error in the item.

If the item is currently out of stock, we will either issue a refund or if available, provide a replacement.

Exchanges Because blind box collectibles are random, we are unable to provide direct exchanges. As mentioned above, you can return an eligible item and place a new order.

Important Information

Each Hirono figure is a surprise because they are blind box collectibles. If you receive a particular variant that you didn’t want, we don’t accept returns.

If you need to show evidence of damage or packaging problems, we advise recording your unpacking.
